Whiskey

Postby Mr. Viking » Fri Jun 08, 2012 5:12 pm

I had my first glass of whiskey in a fortnight and it was absolutely marvelous. Bushmills original. Why did I leave it so long?

Whiskey is awesome, my go-to if I wanna get drunk. Beer and shots of whiskey in between, that's the classic way to do it.

Shootin' whiskey? That is old school. A nice tumbler of Glenlivet 'n' water is where it's at, yo. Easy on the water, though. Obviously.

Agreed. Beer and a shot. 3 shots for the first beer. Start with a bang.

Went a little mad in duty free at JFK. We got vodka, gin, and rum (1 bottle each), then three bottles Glenlivet 15yr and one 18yr.

Saw a very cool looking whiskey with a Viking on it, but it was mad expensive, even at duty free. Gave that one a miss, but am now regretting it....

Good question. I have a half bottle whiskey that I've been neglecting. Why? I don't know, but maybe quaffing shall end this puzzle.
