Are there any good pre-mixed drinks out there?

Postby Fryster23 » Wed Mar 07, 2012 3:43 am

I'm planning on throwing a party and I'm really shit at making drinks other people like (I like them stronger than most of my friends). Can anyone recommend some good pre-mixed drinks? Hopefully something that's not too bad. What do would you recommend and why?

Just make jungle juice. It's strong, so you'll like it, but your friends won't be able to tell. problem solved.

Or get a keg.

You can start by buying the first round...I'll have a tripple irish coffee.

If your mixing drinks, just go to a website like drink mixer or look up some cocktails you like and make them to the recipie for your friends, you can always add more liquor to your own. Or better yet, leave the bottles out and let your friends make their own drinks. pre mixed drinks are shitty!

Do people really complain about a drink being too strong?

Pick one. If it's too strong, just grab some more mixer.... Don't complain about free drinks. Ever. If I go to a bar and they are offering free Lady-tinis, aas long as they're boozy enough, yeah I'll drink them.

There are not. Fresh is always best.

Now, I don't know what kind of party you're throwing, but at most big house parties people bring their own shit or are responsible for finding something they like amongst the offerings. If you must, whip up a pitcher of something and leave it out, then people can take as much or as little as they want.

If there's more than about 6 people at the thing and they're asking you, the host, to make them a drink then tell them to fuck off.

Most beer comes pre-mixed, as well as whiskey neat.

You folks are so mean to the college kids. Here he comes to a reputable place to get learned in the art of mixology for the uninitiated and cash poor and you make fun. Hey kid, beer and jager is all you should need. And some rootbeer schnapps for the ladies. Keep a few clean trash cans handy for the puking.

Oh! And post some pictures afterwards. A lot of us don't go to college bashes anymore. Except JT. He can sniff out a frat party like nobody's business.
