Half a large bottle of Sperss (grappa), a few Peronis, couple of shots of Jaloviina, half a bottle of a really good Douro.

I could never get myself to like Peroni. Which is a shame because it used to be 4 euros a pint when I was living in Chalons, but the thing has no taste at all. I just keep this one in a corner of my head for hot summer days.

It was the beer peeps were drinking, and to be honest - I am not really a light lager man. That said, Peroni is crisp and guffable as hell.

Have to give props to the new Portuguese winemakers though, the Super Tuscan phenomenon is happening over there right now. Great stuff.

This shit ain't half bad........to the recipe page.
