2 shots navy/dark rum (I used a bottle of captain morgan infused with a handful of raisins for a week)
1 shot pedro ximenez sherry
1/2 shot cloudy apple juice
shake with ice, strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, garnish - orange wedge.

This sounds deliscious. I'm thinking it's a perfect day after Thanksgiving drink.
