Has anyone ever declared that a song declaims you? Declared that a song describes you exactly? And when they did, did you decide that they were full of shit?

Nope, the only people who ever told me there were certain songs thatdescribed me have been close friends. And I'd have to say they've all been pretty right on...

When I was in Jr. High, about 13 years ago, a bunch of my friends decided that "put your clothes back on" by the undead was my theme song. It stuck, and I can't say that it bothers me. Well, except for the fact that it's like the only good song that the undead ever did.
"Oops there goes another year - there goes another pint of beer."
"I drank one and it turned to four. On the floor and I drank more. Now I'm never seeing you again!"

Yes. Friends have dedicated this song to me.
I do have a big mouth tho'.

Bigmouth Strikes Again - The Smiths

Sweetness, sweetness, I was only joking when
I said I'd like to smash every tooth in your head
Sweetness, sweetness, I was only joking when
I said by rights you should be bludgeoned in your bed.

And now I know how Joan of Arc felt,
Now I Know how Joan of Arc felt,
As the Flames rose to her Roman nose
And her Walk-man started to melt.

Big mouth la da da da da
Big mouth la da da da
Big mouth strikes again and I've got no right to take
My place with the human race

Oh, oh, oh oh oh Big mouth la da da da da
Big mouth la da da da, Big mouth strikes again
And I've got no right to take my place with the
Human race.

And now i know how Joan of Arc felt,
Now i know how Joan of Arc felt,
As the Flames rose to her roman nose
and her hearing aid started to melt

Big mouth la da da da da
Big mouth la da da da da
Big mouth strikes again and i've got no right to take
My place with the human race

Oh,oh,oh oh Big mouth la da da da da (etc)
Voices tell me to buy the bigger bottle!

Good point - lyrics. Guess not everyone in the world knows the undead.

(Steele)

You said that if I gave you the chance
You'd change my mind about romance
But even though we kissed all night
Nothing seemed to come out right
So put your clothes back on
Don't you think you should be gone
Put your clothes back on
This is turning out all wrong
So put your clothes back on
You said you'd make me see
That true love was even meant for me
But as you started getting romantic
I just started getting more frantic
So put your clothes back on
Don't you think you should be gone
So put your clothes back on
This is turning out all wrong
So put your clothes back on
No!
My social life's a total mess
I don't know why I bother to get dressed
After all these years of living alone
Am I just another middle class clone
Put your clothes back on
You said you'd make me believe that silly stuff
That I don't really have to act so tough
But now the morning light is here
And I just want you to disappear
So put your clothes back on
Don't you think you should be gone
So put your clothes back on
This is turning out all wrong
So put your clothes back on
Don't you think you should be gone
So put your clothes back on
This is turning out all wrong
So put your clothes back on
Don't you think you should be gone
So put your clothes back on
This is turning out all wrong
So put your clothes back on
Don't you think you should be gone
"Oops there goes another year - there goes another pint of beer."
"I drank one and it turned to four. On the floor and I drank more. Now I'm never seeing you again!"

I get knocked down but I get up again
You're never gonna keep me down
(Repeat)
Pissing the night away
Pissing the night away
He drinks a whiskey drink
He drinks a vodka drink
He drinks a lager drink
He drinks a cider drink
He sings the songs that remind him of the good times
He sings the songs that remind him of the better times
Oh, Danny Boy, Danny Boy, Danny Boy
I get knocked down but I get up again
You're never gonna keep me down
(Repeat)
Pissing the night away
Pissing the night away
He drinks a whiskey drink
He drinks a vodka drink
He drinks a lager drink
He drinks a cider drink
He sings the songs that remind him of the good times
He sings the songs that remind him of the better times
Don't cry for me, next door neighbor
I get knocked down but I get up again
You're never gonna keep me down

I have been told that "Black Monk Theme (Part One)," by The Fall, sums me up, I'd have preferred "Disney Dream Debased" but hey-ho.
If I could pick one for myself, it would be, "The Sick Man Of Cuchulainn," by The Pogues. So apt...

An ex-girlfriend (and still good friend) of mine claim's that we have a "song". Specifically its "Love the one your with". I have no recollection of this whatsoever but she's sworn it was true for so long that I've just accepted it as so. At least she could live up to the name of the song though and give me a little 'friendly penetration" every once in awhile.
Savage: "Unkle Lemmy looks just like his avatar, and that is hawt. Also, he sends me a crate of bourbon every month and for this, when I die, he will inherit my castle in Savagonia, and my 72 virgins. (They are all good boys, and very hard workers.)"

I've been told that either "Ride On" by AC/DC or "Closer" by Nine Inch Nails describe me pretty well, depending on who you ask.

Had a girlfriend tell me this some reminded her of me about a week before she dumped me. Oh well, she never could keep up with me.

Merle Haggard - I Think I'll Just Stay Here and Drink

Could be holding you tonight
Could quit doing wrong,start right
You don't care about what I think
I think I'll just stay here and drink

Hey, putting you down won't square the deal
A least you'll know the way I feel
Hey, take all the money in the bank
I think I'll just stay here and drink

Hey, listen close so you can hear
That loud jukebox playing in my ear
Ain't no woman gonna change the way I think
I think I'll just stay here and drink

Hey, hurtin' me know don't mean a thing
Since love ain't here I don't feel a thing
My mind ain't nothing but a total blank
I think I'll just stay here and drink
"Preacher! Go on down and get me some bourbon. J. T. S. Brown. No ice, no glass."

I have a newfound respect for vegetarians. With all the good enjoyable things they cut out of their diets, they still leave in alcohol.
