I just had a full English. Unfortunately there was no black pudding in the house so I substituted for copious amounts of grilled chorizo. Grilled chorizo, grilled to within an inch of it's life, is another fine breakfast ingredient.

The local chorizo is one of the things I especially miss about living in SoCal.

2 eggs over easy, english muffin, 1 scotch egg with sausage gravy (I have only ever had a scotch egg once- it was delicious!), bacon/sausage, and a little bit of fruit salad.

Need a lot of grease to soak up that alcohol festering in your gut from a few hours before.
